I paid Rs 5999 by debit card on 29.4.2022 (purchase order No. 39PU00000008599/950568) towards purchase of Bose QC35 II over the ear headphones. Account got debited but no acknowledgement of payment receipt made by Homestore 18 till date. Though it was assured by the company website https// homestore18 that the headphones would be delivered by 3.5.2022, so far no such delivery nor any message received from the company. There is no active phone number to connect. This is clearly an online fraud using misleading advertisement for sale of premium products at a discount and thus, dupe unsuspecting customers. I demand a full refund of Rs 5999 fraudulently taken by Homestore 18 through unlawful online sale..
