Sir/madam ,
I have booked elite I 20 car from Nrl Hyundai Agra ,they are finally charging the illegal charges like handling charges ,and making insurance compulsory from Hyundai to be taken however govt has strictly said it’s the will of customer from which company he has to take the insurance and when I spoke about rules they are asking to cancel the order
