I HAD ORDER I KALL MOBILE order no 1018147053 (for reference) FROM HOMWSHOP18 WEBSITE AND PAID Rs. 3999 online payment. they had delivers mobile handset with wrong color and without battery.

immediately withing 5 min i had called to homeshop18 customer care on 10 nov 2017 and they had register complaint for reversal of product within max 3 days and giving me same product within next 3 days.

today is 28 nov 2017 but its not picked up yet, every day i am calling to customer care from my register no 9990507838 and talk to their seniors they said max 48hrs product will be recollected every time. its 18 days gone but their 48 hrs not completed yet. they says executive visited but no one in home, when i asked the to share executive details who visited to my home then no reply give by customer care ? again when i asked why that courier person had not called to me we he found no one in home then again no reply given by customer care person. They had mentally harrased me by doing nothing.

kindly help me in this regards
