Iberry Auxus Nuclea N1- No after Sales Service – WorkOrder Number : RVSRN1405PIK00122

I had bought a phone, Iberry Auxus Nuclea N1 from ebay on 17-07-2013 from ebay.com. A few months back i started facing problems with the touch screen of the phone. I raised a support ticket on iberry website and they asked me to take the phone to their service center in my city(Kolkata).

I submitted the phone at the service center on 27-05-2014.

WorkOrder Number : RVSRN1405PIK00122

They told me that i will get my phone back after 25 days when iberry sends them a new touch screen unit. After 25 days i called the service center and they told me to complaint to iberry because iberry had not sent them the touch screen unit to replace. I raised a ticket with iberry support on their website.

I went to the Iberry service center in kolkata to give my iberry nuclea n1 for servicing as it was having some technical issues with the touchscreen. Name: Gautam Roy My work order number is : RVSRN1405PIK00122 (Provided by Prayash Infocom as stated in your service center list) I submitted my handset to them on 27th May 2014. I’ve called them 3 times since then and every time they tell me that they haven’t received the parts from Iberry side. I’ve been having problems because of this and the warranty for the phone will be void by next month. Please look into the matter or i may have to report this to the consumer forum.

Since the stock of the touch screen/display has been delayed, i request you to replace my handset as i need my phone urgently. Iberry has already caused me enough problems regarding the phone and after sale services. Kindly resolve this as soon as possible. Since the service center completely denied any onsite warranty claims i hope iberry can keep their word and resolve this matter quickly without delay. Gautam Roy

When can i expect any action from iberry? Because these emails are nothing but empty words from your side. I want this issue to be resolved quickly and all you do is say that you’ve forwarded a request to the concerned team. -Gautam

Wow. Really? That’s your reply? You must think i’m some kind of an idiot to think that you’ll fix or replace my phone in time. I’m putting this conversation up on the consumer court forums and filling a complaint against you for not providing the promised after sales service and unsatisfactory customer service.

I’ve read the reviews about your products and now i know what kind of a company you are. You’re a bunch of frauds who sell third grade products to customers and fool them. Cheats like you must be punished.

This seems like they are not concerned about my phone and just delaying the process. Iberry claims to provide onsite warranty but my phone has still not been fixed or replaced. Please help me in this matter. Regards, Gautam Roy
