IELTS DUBAI as MERCHANT

I am booking for my IELTS UKVI exam in Riyadh, KSA under this email address but there was an error that occurred during the payment process. My Debit Card was already charged with 1, 070SR but there was no email confirmation regarding the booking details. Therefore, the booking did not go thru. I booked under the name Jose Leonide Jr Arante and mobile number of +966508038763. I just booked today. The merchant name was Mashreq IDP Education Ltd Dubai branch. Please help me I need refund. Please see attached screenshots.
