I have booked my exam for 18th June 2022, on 9th may 2022 I got a text stating that amount have been transferred to my bank account from IDP, on contacting IDP IELTS department they told that I was the one who cancelled the exam, even though I didn’t. I have been trying to contact them through mail and call but didn’t get a reply so far.
