With due regard I would like to submit your goodself as under :-

In the month of Feb., 2014 I have received the supply Gas Cylinder from M/s Cook N Cook, Distributor for Indane 123065

Ajmer but till date the subsidy of the same has not been credited in my Bank Account.

Sir I am a Sr. citizen aged 76 years old. I have personally visited Agency 3 – 4 times in the last three months

but I could not get subsidy. So Please look into the matter and arrange to solve my problem.
