Sir we have been customer of laxmi gas Agency Rohtak, suddenly few days back when we booked our cylinder telephonically our cash memo was also generated. They cancelled our booking and said your no. has been transfered to
Abhil gas Agency my consumer no. at that agency was CX-2169471. From 21/8/2016. I have been calling and visiting Abhil gas Agency but they say we are unable to book the gas as your no. has not been transfered from laxmi gas agency. All no.s not recieved status has been send by 19/08/2016 but our no. status was send on 25/08/2016 and abhil gas agency people say it will take one week time more on today i.e. 28/08/2016 when I reached abhil Indane gas agency. please get us booking for cylinder as now about two months have passed when we took the last cylinder and cylinder is about to finish. I am Bimla Nasa wife of an Ex Serviceman Sh. Manohar Lal nasa.
