My Name is Khidmat Subba. My Indane LPG ID is 37500 0000 8881 8357 and Consumer No, is 00273. Local gas supplier is Rinchen Gas Service of Kalimpong, West Bengal. I was getting the subsidies regularly in my SBI Bank account till November 2016 . Then the payment was shifted to Airtel Payment Bank without notice and it was continuing till December 2017 when I was asked whether I would revert back to the old system and I was asked to write YES and I did so and sent the message to 8448984489. Since then no subsidy payment has been done and I am yet to get the arrears. Kindly look into this and arrange for the subsidies to be sent to my SBI Bank account.
