Indane gas refilled cylinder delivered and paid Rs.1270.00 on20.01.2014 on the the trust that subsidy amount shall be transferred to my bank account. But more than three weeks have passed I have not yet received the subsidy amount which caused lots of difficulty to generate fund for taking next cylinder. Please advise next course of action to be taken immediately.

After delivery of refilled Cylinder at home on 20th January, 2014 against booking no. 2000078578 dated 3rd January, 2014, cash memo no. 3000097866 and paid Rs. 1270/- . Already three weeks have passed but no subsidy has yet been transferred at either of the above named banks and non receipt of subsidy I am in trouble to manage fund for obtaining the next cylinder which has become over due. In the previous occasion, i.e. in last month the subsidy smoothly transferred as per scheme to my bank account. But in this occasion it is delayed more than 3 weeks after delivery. As such I shall request your good office to please intervene into the matter and help me to get the subsidy without further delay.
