Hi, this is a complaint against Mahaluxmi Indane Gas Service, New colony, Gurgaon, TIN NO : 06481941146.

My OBC bank a/c was linked with the agency for Gas subsidy amount & I was getting subsidize amount credit message on my phone till April 2017, but after that they have changed my Bank a/c number on their records (to Ratnakar Bank) without any information to me hence, the subsidy amount is going there since couple of months.

I do not have a bank a/c with Ratnakar Bank hence, it is very critical to get me the amount back from that bank also, not sure how to change the bank a/c back as OBC bank with this agency. This is clearly “Data Breaching incident” wherein the agency is sharing/selling customer informations to third parties.

This should have been stopped earliest. Kindly do needful on this incident & instruct the Gas agency to change my a/c number back to OBC a/c without any delay. Thanks.
