Sir, I, Smt.Supriya Maiti,Vill.:-Paltaberia, P.O.:-Harirampur,Dist.:-Paschim Medinipur, holding Consumer No.- CX 16649470(KHIRPAI INDANE GAS SERVIC,Vill+P.O.:- Khirpai,Dist.:-Paschim Medinipur, Phon No.-03225 260058) have booked my Gas Cylinder several times and took delivery the Cylinder (Dt.-31.12.2016 Cash Memo No.-3000131758, Booking No.-392834/ Dt.-02.01.2017 Cash Memo No.-3000134492, Booking No.-392834/ Dt.-09.02.2017 Cash Memo No.-3000152048, Booking No.-404826) but no subsidy has been credited on my Bank Account.I asked the Supplier but they have not replied me with satisfection.
