I have a independent tv set box which I bought on 11/10/2018. After new TRAI rules my plan automatically converted into Migration plan HSM on 26/03/2019. On 13/04/2019 I changed my plan into “ITV Umang Premium Pack” which is shown their website. For this I also paid 372 Rs. by UPI. I also bought “Happy India Sports 39” broadcaster Bouquets at 46.02 Rs. Their order id are respectively 53489 & 53492. On same day I called Customer care they told my pack will activate in 24 hours but after that it would not started. So I again call them they told that after 72 hours my pack will activate otherwise they will refund my amount. But after 8 days also my pack is not started yet. Today I called them they told that there is no such type of pack but still on there site it will show and also it will show on my account too. If I told them to connect my call with their supervisor but they don’t transfer my call. Their customer care support no also isn’t working so many times if connected then we have to wait for 30 min around in queue to call pick by any person. I also mail my complaint to them but then don’t reply me. I want my money refund from them.
