I am not able to watch any channels in independent tv right now because i called their customer care today and customer care person asked me to do some settings in independent tv and after his instructions we do these settings and after that signal strength and quality strength become Zero.I told that time to customer care person and he asked ne to hold the line and after 42 min. call disconnected.
I already registered complaint regarding so many channels shows Error-400 in 08/04/2019 via complaint no. is 2678732 and customer care gives tentative resolution time 24 hours that service technician will come and resolve connection problem but still problem not resolved nor any technician come to my home.
From last eight days i regularly call customer care for this and every day the same thing they asked that they forward my complaint to seniors within high priority and i have to wait 24 hours for technician visit but nothing happens.
I continuosly called 14/04/2019 from 4pm To 6:45 pm and every time they hold my call and almost my every call disconnected from customer care end.
Customer care refuses to give there service distributers mobile number,no transfer call to their senior representatives every time i asked to do them.
I try to call Nodal officer of independent tv in no. 9319599700 and in 14/04/2019 they told me to wait 24 hours and they guarnted a 101% technician visit but till today not any technician come and from yesterday 2 p.m. they (nodal officer) are not pick up my calls.
If Nodal officer not even able to arrange a technician visit from last 8 days then no gain to make any hope from independent tv services.
If Independent tv is not able to provide services to their customers than why they cheat customers,why take money and why any customer use independent.
I won’t wanna use this kind of Worst service in future.
