india emporium – neither customer care responding to calls and mails

Hi Team,
I have placed order on 7 jan 2014.I called the customer care and he informed me that your order will be dispatched on 14 jan.But till now I haven’t received my order.Their customer care executives are not picking up the call, not responding to e-mails not even to online chats.
