I have purchase 1 item on 12th January, 2014. I was told that item will be dispatch on 28/1, than 30/1. Called, emailed no reply. Online chat – chat with Jay, who advise he can’t help as I have to contact back in 90mins. Than chat with Mike who said will transfer to Rahul, who answered Chat after 45mins, when I replied to his chat. Rahul was online chat but NEVER replied any of my Q’s. I just wanted to know if my order has been dispatched yet or not. Order number 100011200. No one cares from this company. Looks like FRAUD
