Customer care people are hopeless. even after one month i have not recd the refund. Harassing me whenever I call the customer care they give one lame excuse and keep holding and repeating the same one sentence that it will take 4-5 days. I have made atleast 25 – 30 calls and same no. of mails which are not answered.
This is a bull shit company. substandard material delivered with defective embroidery work. No supervisor or manager comes on the line to talk or even call back after so many mails they care a damn.
