Hi,

I have returned a product in the month of august 2015 and till date they did not refund my money. Initially the customer care said that they will refund the amount to my account. Later after 3 months when i contacted them they said that their company policies have been changed and they will credit the amount. Initially they lied to me. When i opened the site to shop something, they told me that the credits have been expired. When they credited the money they didnot inform me that money has been credite. How will i know thaat the money has been credited?
