Dear Sir/Madam
I bought a product(Poly Silk Floral Print Multicolour Semi Stitched ) from India Rush on 30-11-2016 and i received my product on 8 Dec2016 . My order number is 100488254 . On receiving i found the quality is not that good and i asked for a refund. i didn’t go for a replacement as i want the product to wear on immediate days , hence i went for a refund..
but they are not giving me money back , they said they will transfer the money back to as India rush credits and i have to buy any other product from their website through the amount. I want my money back and i don;t want to buy any other product from there..
and i even received a mail from their website asking me to write some address over the courier. if i don’t do that they will deduct the amount. i don’t understand i bought the product from their website not directly from the seller and its their responsibility to send back their product to the respective seller.
please help me in this regard,
