Product ordered 2 months back which got misplaced in transit by the courier agency. India Rush was supposed to resend the product which never turned up. Asked for refund and that has also not been received till date, on follow ups the only reply that is received is that the refund amount would be deposited into my bank account in next one week. No email or message confirmations of the conversation. No complaint numbers given. No reply to emails on the matter. Date of product ordered May 20, 2015, date of complaint July 15, 2015.
