I have booked the above Indian Cargo Movers & Packers on 21st August from Hyderabad to Kurnool for my luggage of 9 items. They have given a quotation of Rs. 3500 and orally promised to deliver the goods by same day evening. I didn’t receive the goods after two days also. When i tried contacting them, they said goods will be delivered only after paying the amount. i paid 3000 rs. After that they said additional I have to pay an extra amount of 1487 Rs for insurance and service charges which they didn’t mention at the time loading the goods in Hyderabad. Even after three days, they didn’t bring my luggage. They are not lifting the phone now. Please help me on how to go ahead.
