Indane gas booked on 5/2/14 vide booking no.380589 under Consumer No.SA07134. sms recd on 3/3/14 about proposed delivery of the booked cylinder vide cash memo no.300029627. Again sms recd on 4/3/14 informing about cancellation of above numbered cash memo putting the consumer into deep trouble as there is no reserve stock of gas cylinder at home. Request for immediate redressal of the complain and advise the Agency to deliver the cylinder on urgent basis against the booking made on 5/2/14.
