Hi Sir/Mam,
I have booked ticket in (Train No-12295, AC 3Tier),(PNR No.# 4432967339). it was online Ticket from IRCTC. I traveled on date “14.10.2017”. But AC of the train was failed from Bangalore so in nagpur Train Ticket Collector Provided GC to each one in the compartment and told to show it railway Windows and get your refund money but when i showed GC on window they told FILE TDR online because it online ticket. I filed and send my GC’s original copy to address of “Group General Manager (IT), ” and it delivered also as per courier status. But after that also my claim is rejected.
i can not attach any document otherwise i have soft copy of my GC and delivered courier status.I f i am calling they are telling it would’nt receive.now i do not have original copy.
Please suggest or let me know how i can get my refund.
