I have Booked a Ticket in 22497 TPJ Humsafar SuperFast from Marwar Junction to Ahmedabad Jn having PNR no. 2501265867 on 23.01.2018. which is 6 hrs and 20 Minute journey but train was delayed by 3hrs and 25 minutes and i missed the Train from Ahmedabad to Mumbai which is Lokshakti and having PNR no. 8165629092 on 23.01.201`8. When i told the same to TC of the HumSafar Superfast which was passing through Vasai, he asked me the charge 4 times the original ticket. There is no Accident or any thing like that and no information was provided for delay. Iwas not able to travel from Ahmedabad to Mumbai in any train and i have to travel by bus.
i incurred loss of money as well as mental harassment.
