I had booked AC2tier ticket in Nov16 for travel on5 Feb17 PNR 6158212046. Train #12839. At new Howrah station I was told to travel in 3 tier as no AC 2 tier Coach available. On return journey PNR -# 4125545657 I train # 12840 could not even sit on my berth whole night as blanket and whole berth and nearby berths too had bed bugs and Attendant could not do anything. I am appalled at this kind of level of rail service deterioration! Dinesh Neotia
