I had ordered a synthetic saree in a online shopping website India rush.com on Nov 4th 2016. Order no is 100465355. I received parcel on Nov 12th after paying Rs.725/-. But after opening that I saw they sent a wrong product of cheap quality. I filed for return. There was a reverse pick up on Nov 19th. Later they told to wait for a week , I got email they have transferred Rs. 675/- to India rush wallet. I called them back they are replying that they won’t return my money , only I can go for a replacement. They are saying that is their refund policy which they won’t show that when we are purchasing ( they display so clearly on Snapdeal). I don’t trust them , what is the guarantee I will receive correct product from them as I am noticing so many people are commenting they are duping. So I want my money Rs.725/- back.
