I bought two dresses from indiarush.com. delivered On 23rd of October. The product quality was very very poor. What shown was different from what I got… I felt like I was cheated.. I returned the product in next three days… it s going to be a month.. but I did not get my money refunded… Rs. 3250.
I called them and asked for the money.. but they did not give.. after some days when I called them.. the line was and it s busy ever after… I think they blocked my number or forwarded to a busy line… Then I contacted them in Facebook and warned by them I will file a complaint consumer court.. they replied that we will process in end of the day (yesterday)(EOD). But the money is not refunded. Today I again called them. First it rang full.. but second call went busy… Please take some action.
