MY F.D.R. no. 00393235 dtd 10/01/2013 for Rs. 1 Lakh, MATURED ON 09/01/2016; I dispatched FDR duly discharged through speed post delivered at your office on 21st Jan 2016 . No maturity payment received till date . There after I tried several times telephone but it was disconnected . No reply received for email’s sent .
