I am in a urgent need for loan of Rs. 7,00,000/-. They called me and said to submit the documents. This happened on Monday 12th September 2022. I submitted my documents and they generated my loan application and they told me that I will get a call for verification of the loan. I agreed with them.
On 13th September 2022, I got a Whatsapp Message that the call will be coming at 10.30. i waited patiently and I received their call at 10.34. At first, the verification person told me that I am not eligible for loan. To get your loan sanctioned, you need to pay 1000rs as legal fees to prepare documents and their advocate will prepare all the paper. This message came at 10.47. I paid legal fees to them and shared the details at 11.31. At 12.02, the funds were Transfered to their account and they agreed they received. At 12.34, I received 2 word files, one of Log In form and other of Company Agreements.
I filled both the forms and submitted the scanned copies at 02.18pm. at 3.37pm, I received another message for two witness, for which I shared two of my friends details. And I 4.46pm, I received a message stating “Tomorrow morning before 11 o’clock transfer your loan amount in your bank account”. I thought OK, the process is finished.
Today, i.e. 14th September, I was waiting for any update of loan credit, but at 10.53, the person told me to check the mail I received. In that mail which was sent by their HOD Mr. O. P. Nagpal, It mentioned that I have to make security deposit of two EMI’s as advance installment of loan. At first, I didn’t understood what is going on!. I contacted the sales manager whose name is Pushpendra Singh, he told me to atleast pay 1 EMI. I said I cant do it.
So he told me to ask them for any coupon which they have so they can help me. I am not sure about the process, So I clearly told I wont be able to do that. They told me if I don’t pay the Security deposit, then I will get my loan amount on 10th of October 2022. Which is quite longer duration for me.
The same incident has been faced by many of other helpless people who are I urgent need of money. I would request them to stop these fraud games and do earn money through legitimate way.
