This horrible company, not only delayed my order , but when sent, had a missing item.
I ordered it on 3rd Feb and they said that they will deliver it by the 10th. Lo and behold! The 10th came and it still had “Partial shipping” status. I had to e-mail them twice for them to do something and finally recieved my parcel today.
But of course, a pair of earrings were missing!!!.
Look, I sympathise with people a lot, and I thought that it is fine, they must be busy because of valentine’s day and all, but upon investigation, I found out that they are like that all the time, regardless of what special day it is.
I still thought it is okay as long as I recieve my parcel well and intact, but no! MISSING EARRINGS.
Now imagine being a customer who was so pleased with Jewelsmars and they show their true colours on your 2nd fricking order.
I can guarantee you that they cannot keep any loyal buyers. Because I was on the road to becoming one and now look! I cannot even stand to look at them with the horrible way I was treated.
I feel it is their duty and responsibility to ensure that every customer is able to receive packages seamlessly like nykaa and Amazon do. But man, I am telling you, this company will face a lot of problems because of the shipping issue in their service.
I cannot explain enough how pissed off I am. I would’ve been better off selecting cash on delivery and not paying them. I have half a mind to do that and not pay, just to give them a taste of their own medicine, but I feel bad because I don’t want to trouble the delivery men.
Their customer service is horrible as well. Producing automated replies via literal bots and not addressing grievances for days.
I initially had a good experience because I ordered 2 cheap products around 300/400.
I thought it would be a good idea to order something a little pricier (around 600). But, the moment I ordered more pricey ones, all this drama occurs.
They are so insensitive and absolutely horrible. I am never ordering from them again.
I cannot stress enough, and I cannot warn you enough, please never ever ever purchase from them.
They are a sham, and are absolute scums.
