I have subscribed gold plan and paid one year subscription amount. While i am selecting the plan, it shows amazon prime inclusive. However after paid the one year full subscription amonut, jio informs me i am not eligible for amazon prime offer and i have to pay additional Rs.999. If they have informed or shown previously , i will change the plan or i will dis onne t the jiofiber. After paying one year value, they are not activating. Cheated by fraud advertisement
