Cheating and deceiving customers with their Jio fiber plans. I had recharged with Gold plan which gives you 1 year amazon prime subscription free but unfortunately when i switched my plan to Bronze the offer was withdrawn. In addition I can’t use Gold plan vouchers in Bronze plan. Theses things are not mentioned in the advertisement as such. I have contacted customer care twice with no satisfactory reply.
