For a long time I have been following up with Jio Care regarding the issue I am facing in OTT Setup box. I have tried calling on Jio Care Customer Care, also have raised my voice on twitter but I have not been even allocated complaint id. On twitter I just get robotic answers that “We are working on your issue”. This is very frustrating. Please help
