On the above cited subject, I would like to inform you that the speed for my jiofiber connection is much below 5 MBPS foe both upload and download and same is persisting from last one month. I have reset my router a number of times, even tried to contact Jio customer care but it’s very sad that I am having the worst experience both for speed and customer care issues.
You are requested to look into the matter, as it is impossible to contact the service provider once connection is set up by them.
