I had a horrible online shopping experience with Kayanjali Chikankari. They are fraudsters don’t fall for it. I ordered two kurtis amounting to Rs 1798 in February 2024. I haven’t received the order yet. They keep postponing the dispatch date and also send fake messages that they have dispatched out the order. I want refund. The customer care executives do not respond. They talk rudely and use abusive language on WhatsApp when asked for order dispatch details. The Instagram page also looks fake and made up. Request you all to be cautious about their sale as they are looting money in name of sale.
