I am facing the same issue with Kayanjali… they are extremely rude … I paid 3498 for 1 kurta set and Another kurta on 5th July… but haven’t received yet . No update from their end. Seems like a 21 year hold running the business who has absolutely no business sense or manners to talk to customers.
I still don’t know when and if it’s coming.
She even went on to say that she does not have my money.
Please look into it. Such people should not be doing business. It’s a disgrace to small businesses.
