I had booked my Kia Seltos HTK plus iMT variant on 18th September 2021 with Rs. 25000. As per standard waiting time of 19-20 weeks, i suggested for a delivery on 14th February 2022. In first week of February, my delivery date was confirmed on 27th February 2022. Later, the sales team hasn’t been responding properly regarding the delivery of my vehicle. I got an official email from the dealership that due to pandemic and all it is delayed and they will be delivering it by third week of March. Now, it’s been more than 25 weeks which is 5-6 weeks delay, the sales team has informed me that company will be dispatching the cars in April second week with updated price hike of around 30-40k on road. And delivery will happen a week after that this i will get the vehicle by almost end of April which is a delay of 8 weeks. They do not understand the problems we as customers are facing while booking and waiting for the vehicle, trusting that they deliver on time. A price hike of 30-40k and so much delay is really not acceptable. Please help regarding the same.

Kia launched new model rather then delivery booked cars . they are making us fool . i think kia will shut down soon ,
