Yesterday I have received a notice on my EMI Payment. In which the respective Lawyer mentioned that, I am not paying my EMIs and expecting me to pay around 2 Lakh 90 Thousand rupees immediately and if I failed to pay the total amaount in 4 days i.e by Monday they will take all the furniture(they mentioned all furniture clearly like Fridge,cooler,Tv etc) and all properties with them. What is this.?

This is a threatening letter that I got received from your Bank. On seeing this my Mom got heart pain. The letter was read by some neighbor and they spread this message over the street. Its a prestige issue for me and my family.

Coming to my point,
I am paying my EMIs regularly and cleared all the EMIs till now. I have all proofs with me. One time I missed the EMI that too because of your System issues. And I paid that too and I have a receipt for that.

Without checking the records properly how they will send such a letters to us.? Now my mom situation is worse who will pay for this.?

Every month 15th the EMI is getting deducted from my account.

I am really feeling worst about Kotak Bank behavior and my mom got high tension on seeing the letter and her situation is worst now.

I believe everything goes smooth without any issues.

Pls help me in this issue or else guide me how can I proceed.
