This complaint is related to the cancellation and refund of the booking (booking reference no: K58E4J). I had booked the flight as the departure time from Delhi was 05:50, and I had the domestic flight booking accordingly from Kolkata to Delhi.
Kuwait Airways has rescheduled the flight at 00:15 from Delhi, more than 5 hours before the scheduled departure time. I tried reaching all the numbers in India and Kuwait, but no luck.
I have even tried contacting the WhatsApp support chat, but it seems they have no answer. I had no other choice than cancel the ticket as the new time is not suitable for me to travel.
The changes happened due to the sudden schedule change of Kuwait airways and not because of any fault at my end. So I shouldn’t be penalized without any mistake. I want my 100 percent money to be refunded.
