“Kwabey” Fashion, an online retailer, defrauds customers.

due to the fact that they blocked my Rs 899 from going into their wallet and refused to reimburse me for the courier fees I paid to return their product to them because they don’t have reverse pick, as they falsely claimed on their website.

Customers are misled by their website regarding the size of the clothing and when they receive the material,

The size that was delivered completely differs from what was advertised on their website.

When asked about their exchange policy, they stated that they don’t have any.

and you must return the items to them at their address; the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs.

I wrote to them to let them know that the courier will be charged Rs. 250 even though they only refund Rs. 100 for returned goods.

I have emails from them instructing me to send the courier slip and request a refund of my money.

As they stated that it is company policy to first refund the amount in their wallet and then refund to customers after 12 to 15 days, it has been more than 20 days since they blocked my refund amount in their wallet.

By blocking their wallet and ignoring their customer service calls, they are defrauding their clients.

We kindly ask you to take swift action against this fraudulent company in order to stop defrauding other clients and remove them from the online marketplace.
