I placed an order for 3 oversized T-shirts and prepaid the full amount. It has been 13 days, and the order has not been dispatched. I have not received any confirmation or tracking details.
I have sent multiple emails, but I am only receiving automated replies with no proper response.
This is a clear case of deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.
