Haven’t received my parcel

I have ordered heels for Rs 2375 and it’s been a month no response on WhatsApp even emailed again no response I want refund.
I placed an order with Label Frenesi Fashion for a pair of heels worth Rs. 2,375 over a month ago, and I still haven’t received my parcel. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via WhatsApp and email, I’ve received no response whatsoever.
This level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication is unacceptable. I trusted the brand and made the payment in good faith, but now I’m left without my product and without any updates.
I am requesting a full refund immediately. If this is not resolved soon, I will have to escalate the matter further and share this experience on more consumer forums.
