We placed an order for a selected material tuxedo.. At their juhu tara road branch on 30/5/2017..
A week after a mother material was used on trial.
After it was pointed out they asked one week more to correct the mistake but finally they could not make it.. And when asked for refund.
They refused and asked us to pick up something from their shop.. Which is unacceptable to us..
But they have not payed up after many calls to their shop…
They are really unprofessional and pathetic fashion sense people. I have ordered a dress worth of 15000 plus 4500 stiching charges, they asked me to come at the store on 29th jan to pick the dress. When I reached the store and checked the dress I was really disappointed and more over the lady named Sangeeta she works as a designer she was literally shouting at me and defending that she was right and I am wrong. They don’t have any concerns related to the customer complaint. Very pathetic and bad people.
Please avoid buying anything from them.
