My name is Jaswantbhai Chouhan, and I am from Surat, Gujarat. On August 11, 2023, I received a loan for RS 355,000.
On September 5, my ECS-EMI was unable to withdraw funds from my account, so I had to deposit the EMI personally at the bank.
We called the customer service number, but my ECS issue hasn’t been resolved yet. Please find a solution before the subsequent EMI.
