I applied for a loan of Rs. 5 lakhs, and I was required to pay Rs. 1099 in transaction fees and Rs. 1599 in insurance premiums.
Finally, they requested 25% of the EMI as security before actually disbursing the loan.
They ask for a total payment of 5000 INR along with previous fees because their primary goal is to steal money.
I questioned the cause, and the customer service representative yelled at me like I was nothing, calling me a fraud who was defrauding banks by having a low Cibil score.
We use these loans to solve problems and for emergency situations, but they are the real perpetrators of organized theft.
