AFTER PAYING THE YEARLY AMOUNT I AM NOT GETTING THE PROPER SERVICE
I HAD TAKEN A YEARLY PLAN OF 100 MBPS AND PAID THE YEARLY AMOUNT IN ADVANCE, BUT SINCE LAST SIX MONTHS I AM NOT GETTING PROPER SERVICE . BUT THERE IS A NET WORK ISSUE DAILY. I HAD COMPLAINED SEVERAL TIME, BUT THERE IS NO PROPER RESPONSE AND MY PROBLEM IS ALSO NOT SOLVED. DUE TO FREQUENT PROBLEM MY CHILDREN CANT ATTEND THERE CLASSES AND THERE IS A HUGE LOSS OF THERE STUDIES. AND EVERY DAY I HAD TO CALL THE ALL CENTRE NO. FOR CONNECTION. I AM FED UP OF THESE.
