I have been submiting my complaint from last 4 days the customer service and the so called Technician who is going to fix my internet do not receive the calls and they are just raising the tickets.
Pathetic service, Unresponsive, unprofessional and Slow internet disconnects frequently.

* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Mach1 Broadband.
I have mach 1 connection in Thane, its worst connection, the internet is down every week and due to same reason, shameless people dont even take efforts to resolve this issue permanently. Now i have decided to terminate the services but they are not refunding the amount.
