On the first day that reservations could be made, I reserved a Mahindra N Z8 model using the company’s internet page.On February 15th, I canceled my rental car reservation and asked for a refund. According to corporate policy, there is a 7–10 working day grace period following cancellation.
I have not received a refund in almost two months. I keep checking in with the email I received from the business on February 18 asking for my bank information, but I have not yet received a decent response.
@Mahindra: I paid a booking fee of 21k, which is not a tiny sum that you do not seem to be able to reimburse the clients for. We worked hard to earn it. Please issue a prompt reimbursement to me.
