Respected Sir,

I have bought a new BOLERO PICK UP on 22/01/2018 from ASSAM MOTORS(Mahindra & Mahindra ltd) Hijuguri, Tinsukia Assam and had Reg/no: AR16A 0929, Reg date:21/04/2018. .On my journey from ANINE(Arunachal Pradesh) to Tinsukia(ASSAM) the chassis of the car formed a crack for which i have given it on service center named ASSAM MOTORS service center (P.O: Laipuli; Adress : Laipuli army camp Ph no: 9435333840 ) on 18/05/2018.But they returned me on 19/05/2018 saying that your car body is modified so your warranty is not applicable but i have said give me a written letter but they argued and behaved irresponsibly.

Moreover, i have told them to replaced the chasis of my new car as the crack was formed due to company’s fault but they argued that is not possible do whatever you can.

Therefore, I will be highly thankful if you kindly sort my matter and from now onwards, it will be very difficult for me to buy mahindra vehicle in future.I have attached few documents and photograph for kind and necessary action.
