After completing a successful journey through make my trip on jet airways flight from chandigarh to chennai
I select makemytrip.com for bus ticket booking from Madurai to kozhikode .but due to unavoidable reasons (hospital) I request makemytrip.com to change my ticket from 20-06-2017 to 24-06-2017
But makemytrip.com customer care told me that they are not able to do the bus ticket cancellation or re planning bus ticket from their end
They asked me to contact new lucky travels Madurai
But new lucky travels customer care simply told that they are not able to cancel or replan because ticket is online ticket
Anyway I’m not able to cancel or replan online bus ticket without any refund because this type of poor service from makemytrip and new lucky travels Madurai (this exercise take more time and expiration of cancellation time -it is also not common about 6 hours before journey)
